3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Ordli LLC regarding electricity plan comparisons, rate alerts, and consent requests for plan switches.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your utility research needs.
Commands: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the short code. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword 'HELP' for more assistance.
Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, use services lawfully, and not misuse, disrupt, or exploit the platform.
5. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
